| Hi forums and support people if you even read these messages! I am getting sick and tired of playing Diablo 3, I would love to play more hardcore but as usual; game keeps disconnecting me for no reason. Is there a fix? I've had this issue since 2.3 and lag issues from 2.2 to 2.3. What exactly happens? I play normally with 50 mbit/s / 50 mbit/s connection and I should have no issues from this side at all. Suddenly my latency might get up from 60 to 100+ with no reason at all, I always check instantly all the network usage and steam etc. if anything is updating but nothing ever is. With the latency increase I can live with, no big deal. But, here comes the real reason for this topic; random disconnection from bnet for no reason! It even happens when my ping is steady 60. I haven't figured out what could cause this if it was my end so I believe it is in battle.net side which I can't affect. This is especially annoying when Grifting when you just lose the key so you got to farm double the keys you would normally do and the most annoying part is; you can't play Hardcore at all! Every move you make, you are afraid of getting disconnected. What kind of enjoyment I get from this?! NONE. I beg of you blizzard magnificent devs, try to figure out the random battle.net disconnects in diablo 3 :( | ||

| Hello Semirotta, - Reset all your network devices (switch them off for couple of minutes and then switch them back on) - Refresh your DNS by pushing Windows key R at the same time and writing ipconfig /flushdns on the Run window. Please check this article and follow all the instructions, including the advanced troubleshooting: battle.net/support/article/611 If the issue persists, please create a tracer and a pathping just after a disconnection and paste the results on this thread. | Unfortunately the files are not super informative there Semirotta. Are you using a WiFi connection?
