This fault, that l also have in Act 2, is it only the AMD graphics card, also is it just limited to the program that s downloaded from Blizzard? Does it exist on other graphic cards and does the problem also occur with the physical disc too. Also please don't try to explain the how or what's needed to fix it,as l have little technical knowledge about pc's or laptops. |

Hi there Wynne! So there was a conflict between certain AMD drivers and Diablo III which caused some player's to experience issues and crashes in the Desolate Sands area. AMD recently released a beta driver to address this issue and it can be downloaded here: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download Just select the link relevant to your device/operating system and then download the "15.10 beta" driver. Before installing it though, I'd recommend UNINSTALLING your current drivers. You can find instructions on how to do this from AMD's website here: http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/GPU57RemoveOldGraphicsDrivers.aspx Hope that helps! =) ------------------------------------------------------------- Please click here to give me your feedback on this post! |

You are still experiencing issues in Desolate Sands Wynne? Could you be more specific as to your symptoms? A DXDiag might be useful too. Thanks! ------------------------------------------------------------- Please click here to give me your feedback on this post! |
