| I just bought a new computer and loaded D3 on it. It worked great for a few moments but after I tried messing around with the video settings odd things started happening. First problem I notice was that my mouse was not very responsive and it would lag when I tried to move it. I was a good 1/2 second delay. I then closed the game and restarted my computer, but after I turned the computer back on there was no video, just a black screen. I reinstalled the game but no changes. I have tried messing around in the "D3prefs" file but was unable to get the game to play in full screen mode. I can get it to work in windowed mode but not full screen mode. When I try to put it in full screen mode the screen goes blank for about 10 sec then reverts back to windowed mode, and the mouse problem (stated earlier) comes back. My computer is a Dell, I7, 8 GB ram, windows 10 | ||

| Hi there rathidragon, congratulations on the new PC! Always an exciting time. =) Hardware Type PS/2 Compatible Mouse What type of mouse are you using? Maybe it needs dedicated drivers/firmware? Could you also try setting your Windows enhanced DPI text size to 100% in your Control Panel's 'Display' options (if it isn't already) and restart the computer?
