In the last week, whenever I have tried to enter a game I have been met by this message: "The game connection has been lost: your client has been disconnected from the server" I can only click "ok" and it brings me back to the title screen. It persists through character changes, adventure/campaign changes, diffilculty changes or any other in-game setting I can think of. The first time it happened a full system restart fixed the problem, as just restarting the battlenet client did not work. Second time a client restart worked. Third time I find myself unable to enter any game at all. I can play Hearthstone through battlenet, be on the d3 title screen and chat with friends, and any other web-based activity, but I cannot connect to the game server. Have anyone else experienced this problem and can help me out, or have any other ideas? |

Hello Genj, - Reset all your network devices (switch them off for couple of minutes and then switch them back on) - Refresh your DNS by pushing Windows key R at the same time and writing ipconfig /flushdns on the Run window. Follow the instructions on this article, including the advanced steps: battle.net/support/article/611 If the issue persists, please create a tracer and a pathping and paste the results on this thread.
