Hi, Patch version: 2.3.0.33567 Servers: EU (Asia too) Game: Diablo III only Location: Europe What doesn't work: 1) Every time I enter to fight Diablo shadow in Crystal arch I get disconnect. (tried at least 30 times, on different servers EU (I see various different IPs on Windows System Resources-Network on port 1119 and also Asia) 2) Trying to play a new game with already established character in Act I, Act II, Act III, Act IV. Exception is FIRST QUEST of Act II, III, IV only. Tried at least 30 times. Please read what works (2). What does work: 1) creating a new character Act I 2) starting a game with established character in Act II, Act III, Act IV with FIRST QUEST ONLY 3) resuming game with established character I am a system engineer and can provide additional info (Wireshark captured traffic, etc). Hey parasurama78, Have you tried any troubleshooting steps for the game? Which ones? Also, do you only get disconnected or does the game crash? First things I would suggest: Repair the game: battle.net/support/article/6572 Make sure all your drivers are up to date, as well as the OS. If they are up to date, try installing another version of the graphic drivers to check if the problem persists: battle.net/support/article/200576 - Reset all your network devices (switch them off for couple of minutes and then switch them back on) - Refresh your DNS by pushing Windows key R at the same time and writing ipconfig /flushdns on the Run window. If the issue persists, please create a tracer and a pathping just after a disconnection and paste the results on this thread. Sorry for not answering before BotaZnohy, but what apparently happened here was that parasurama78 opened another thread about the same issue, and they probably got mixed up. Have you tried updating your OS and the drivers as well?
