| Xzeiz, we're not aware of any server issues that would cause such persistent disconnection errors so there may be little we can do to assist you. The next time it happens, please record a fresh Trace Route and Pathping and we'll take another look (your original Pathping did not complete correctly). We'd also appreciate it if you completed a Looking Glass submission and paste the results of that below too. Select "Europe", "Diablo III" and tick "MTR" and "Traceroute" Remember to do these tests while you're experiencing issues. Sporadic disconnects can be hard to pinpoint, but if you're having so many, I'm sure that we can find the cause in test results such as these.
