| Hello ladies and gentlemen, For a long time now i have random disconnects from the game and i hope there is a way to solve them. Iknow d3 had server issues and i got disconnected by that. But i also disconnect sometimes while others dont. So i guess the problem can be on my side. I play hardcore diablo and love the game but disconnecting and dying takes the fun away. So what can i do and where should i look to know what the problem is? so at point 6 theres 90% loss? or do i read this wrong? Yeah, but this isn't always indicative of an issue, especially as there's no packet loss after that point. Unfortunately, as Doomie says, these are not really that helpful, good or bad, through no fault of your own of course. First try following all of the troubleshooting steps here. Disconnections can be very hard to spot in Trace routes or Pathpings but, now that you know how to gather all of this data, could you prepare your computer to gather the information and then run the Trace route, Pathping and Looking Glass as soon as this happens again in the game. Maybe we'll get some more useful information. I also wanted to ask if there was any pattern to these disconnections; time, characters, classes, ingame areas etc.?
