Connection issues after the big server downage.(1)Category: Technical SupportSeptember-23-2015 2:00 PM PDT (9 years ago) Go to Blizzard forum post
So im still constantly getting kicked out of Diablo 3 (every minute or so) even after this server outage issue that has just "passed" kinda getting a little annoyed.

Girlfriend plays in same room, on same internet, hasn't got any problems.

Ive run repair files twice also.

Error message is this.

NETWORK DISCONNECT

The game connection has been lost: your client has been disconnected from the server.

Hello,

Can you please check these steps:
battle.net/support/en/article/connection-and-latency-troubleshooting

Then see if this still happens?

There is nothing that would stop a single account from connecting, as all accounts connect the same way, if on the same region.

Can I please request this info:
ISP :
Town and Country :
Network Adapter Make and Model :
Modem/Router Make and Model :
And a trace route and pathping :
battle.net/support/en/article/running-a-traceroute-and-pathping

We can investigate this issue from there, thanks.

The trace seems fine, but the pathping unfortunately doesn't reach us. So can you try the following:
1. Go to http://whatismyipaddress.com
2. Note down your IP-address
3. Unplug the landline cable from your BT Home Hub for a couple minutes
4. Connect it again and verify you can access the Internet
5. Access the http://whatismyipaddress.com again and verify that IP-address has changed
6. Try and access Diablo III if you have a new IP-address

Then see what happens?
