hello dear blizzard ca u please notify us if theres lag on eu ? im having 700+ ping and cant play this has been going on for hours now > im seeing a lot of players complaining about server problems so could this be related ? thanks |

There appears to be packet loss starting from the very first hop: 0 owner-PC [46.121.195.31] 1/ 100 = 1% | 1 --- 100/ 100 =100% 99/ 100 = 99% 10.241.96.1 0/ 100 = 0% | It appears to be creeping in as soon as the connection leaves your computer. Can you try simply powering off your router for a few minutes, then power it back on and see if that makes any difference? If not, please also check for updated firmware from your router manufacturer/ISP's websites, as this may help.
