| Hello. I was playing on my seasonal barbar earlier today, left him in the city and went AFK. When I got back, there was just a notification that diablo crashed. Ever since I can't log in onto said character, when I click start game, it starts loading but instead of loading it crashes again. It doesn¨t happen with any other character, I can log on those without any problem. Do you have any suggestions or fixes I could try? Thx in advance Edit: I did try repairing the game as well going through "manuals" in the first stickied post, nothing helped. Edit 2: If that is any help, tha last issue had ID BC7B99DC-2A2D-4F83-A665-0F89686D43D5. If someone can look into that, I would highly appreciate that. | ||

| Hi there Lalemos. Could you try deleting and then restoring the affected character and see if the issue persists? As for the original cause: I looked through your error report but I couldn't find any specific concerns. Even the internal description of the error is "<no message>". I have seen errors similar to this caused by corrupted game files, bad hardware drivers and bot software but none of that seems to apply here. We've also only had 3 incidents of this issue, all of them from yourself in the last day. I guess it could have been a freak disconnection issue but we may never know.
