My old graphics card (amd radeon hd 6800) has just recently broken and caused my display to look like this : http://imgur.com/of5jZkI. I have just bought a new Radeon R7 250 to replace it and installed the software and drivers and now the previous issue is no longer here. However now when I run a game (Diablo 3), It allows me to load into a single player game but not a multiplayer game without my screen freezing on either the loading screen or in-game. Here is my current PC specs including the new graphics card. Processor: AMD FX-6100 6 core 3.32ghz Memory: 8gb ram Graphics card: RADEON R7 250 The graphics card has GPU Tweak software set to default (http://imgur.com/gH8gRzz) but i dont know if this is set incorrectly to run game or not, so if anyone has any ideas on how to fix it that would be great. Here is my dxdiag if needed: http://pastebin.com/ZZjSDLjw |

Hello, We're currently seeing some issues with the latest AMD drivers, can you try uninstalling them, and then use the older 13.12 drivers: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop/previous/detail?os=Windows%207%20-%2064&rev=13.12 Then see if this still happens? ___________________________________ Let me know how I'm doing! https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Lurdlespor |
