Hey I was instructed to post here from twitter (https://twitter.com/BlizzardCSEU_EN/status/636893737264807938) to continue support and was asked to share a DxDiag report for my crash problems. Background: I've had a few different issues, the most prevalent is a crash I get where I still see the loading screen, however it's frozen - And I can hear game sounds and if I move my mouse around it will change as-if I can interact with things, can also press my keybindings to cast spells which my group can see (confirmed it over skype). Another problem I have has only happened to me so far in the Blood Marsh(?) the place where there are traps that pop up and knock you back if you step on them, and has those boggan creatures. I used Dashing Strike on my monk and my game would "hang". It looked as-if it were looping between the last 2 frames my GPU had rendered and looked like I was alternating between them. All of the creatures on the screen also did this, and as-far as i'm aware the others in the game didn't see this and could play as normal. My DxDiag exceeded the forum character limit so I uploaded it over at pastebin: http://pastebin.com/raw.php?i=8qzJnEH4 Edit: Also thought it was worth mentioning that i've previously followed the steps for Diablo III Lockups and Crash troubleshooting on the support page (http://t.co/cs1az2zkTp) and have also tried the game using the older (Only other Windows 10 release from AMD) driver. Edit2: Also thought it was worth mentioning that I have tried changing in-game settings, notably vsync on/off and switched between windowed, borderless and fullscreen and it crashes regardless. |

Hello, It's probably unrelated, but can you update your sound drivers from here: http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=14&PFid=24&Level=4&Conn=3&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false Also please just uninstall your graphics drivers completely, then reinstall the latest ones from the AMD site: http://support.amd.com/us/Pages/AMDSupportHub.aspx Could you also check for chipset driver updates from here: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/ Then test again? Also, please make sure that there's nothing else running in the background: battle.net/support/en/article/shutting-down-background-applications ___________________________________ Let me know how I'm doing! https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Lurdlespor |
