So it has been a few days now where I don't dare try to push any grifts due to the horrible lag. The ms jumps from 50 to 300 and sometimes over 600 randomly and constantly. I have been forced to do other things in the game or not play at all because of the horrible unstable servers a.t.m. And please, don't try to blame this on my connection or PC and so forth, I have been doing this long enough to know the difference between server issues and personal connection/PC issues. For those interested,I am running a 250Mbit/50Mbit fiber connection completely stable and monitored with an Asus RT-AC87U wired. Everything else works, except for D3. The past few days has been horrible and I can't even farm grift 50s anymore because apparently I am not where my screen tells me I am. I am always dead 50 yards away and I always find out 10 seconds too late after spinning in a timestopped world. This is getting really frustrating. My friends are having the same issue and I feel like this is not getting enough attention and people are accepting that "EU Servers suck" more or less, YES THEY DO but do something about it already. Maintenance barely a few hours ago, and no difference. It was !@#$ yesterday and it is %^-* today so maintenance failed to fix this. It's funny how every game works except for WoW and D3, always always always laggy. Can you please do something about this ASAP? We are playing religiously and being spat at for doing so, it's close to crossing a line. |

Hello all, Sorry for not answering this earlier. Could you please post the following information so we can look into it? - Country: - Internet Provider: - Is the lag constant? Does it happen at specific situations/times? - Tracer (while having high latency): battle.net/support/article/496 - Pathping (while having high latency): battle.net/support/article/718 With this information we can usually get an idea of where the issue is, so we can inform the technical team if necessary. ___________________________________________________________________ Got feedback about the support I'm providing?
