| There is a Console Bug forum. It can be used to let the right people know about bugs that came with the new patch. They most likely won't respond to it to let you know they're working on it but they do read all of the threads there. (edit) Here you go. http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/10881289/ As for the complaints about the bugs, this is a brand new patch so of course there will be patches. Accept this and wait for fixes. Blizzard doesn't have a huge pool of people that can test this like they do on the PC so we are the testers. It's no big surprise that there are bugs and it's to be expected when they're being rushed by impatient people posting up 5 new "Where's 2.1?!?!" threads a day. Can we please keep this (forum) clean of patch complaints for a while? They're working on fixing it but it will take time and we have to live with the bugs for a while. These people aren't gods or genies, they're humans and cannot work miracles. They work within their limits such as time and money. | ||

| Thanks for posting this Jakk! Indeed, our Community and Quality Assurance teams do regularly check the forums, including the Console Bug Report forum. If you should ever experience what you perceive to be a bug, please try to make sure you clearly state the issue and how it was encountered. We don't necessarily need super long posts, but would like as much information as you can provide to help us replicate the issue and/or to know specifically where to look. When posting about console bugs, it will also help us to know the following details:
A big thanks to everyone who does share such reports, as they do get looked at and we will continue to do our best to try and resolve such issues as they spring up. What patch is the PS3 game on? I don't know What is the number at the bottom of the Title Screen?c2.0.9.26802 Had the game been updated at all? Yes Were there just 5 characters or where there more? There were 6 on in each class Are you using a Belkin router?yes for a lan connection Did you wait for the confirmation (success) message when Exporting?yes Was the confirmation (success) message given when Importing on PS4? Yes Does the PS4 game currently show the bottom of the Title Screen? Is it C2.1.027460? Yes What language game is it? English North American, Was the PS4 game digital or Disc? Disk Thanks for getting back to me, Darktones. We've gone ahead and have attempted to reproduce the issue but were unable to do so - with that said, we continue to investigate these saved data loss reports. For now, my advice to you would be to reattempt exporting/importing the saved character data. @ Brevity: Make sure that the console has been set as primary.
