We are currently aware of an issue with our Support Site where players who are attempting to get help for a Technical issue on a Mac are unable to submit a ticket. At this time, we have found that it is a bug specifically related to selecting Mac in the Computer Type field. Our website engineers are working on resolving the issue.

In the meantime, submitting your information through the PC workflow will allow you to contact Support directly. To do this:

    1. Under Steps Performed, select any available troubleshooting steps you have tried so far. We encourage attempting all steps before submitting a ticket as it will help our Game Masters narrow down troubleshooting steps that will address the specific issue.
    2. Enter your Error text, Traceroutes, Pathpings, and/or upload a screenshot if applicable.
    3. Under Computer Type, select PC.
    4. For the Upload your MSInfo and Upload your DxDiag files, attach your System Profile twice (this is just to meet the attachment requirements for the time being).
    5. Enter a description, specify that you are experiencing a Mac issue, and click submit!


We understand this is not an optimal solution and our web team is hard at work ensuring the Support Site is working as intended. We thank you for your patience while the issue is worked on.

This issue has now been resolved, and you should be able to submit Mac Technical Support tickets through the normal workflow. Thank you for your patience!
