| Hey, This happened already few times. My friend is sending me items via mail, i loot the stuff. Was going to roll it in inventory.. crrash. PS3 crashes. I restart it, and BOOM: my fresh un-identified items are gone. All. Nowhere. done. I have lost around 20 legendary items and set plans already. :( | ||

| Hello Headbutt, I'm afraid we can only offer support for the PC/Mac version of the game on the forums. You can find information about how to get support for the console version in this article: battle.net/support/article/6898 If you think it might be a game bug, please report it using the Console Bug Report forum: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/10881289/ This way the issue will be investigated directly by the development team, since they do check that forum personally. On top of that, it's easier for them to check the impact an issue has on the community if they have all the reports on the same place, making it easier to prioritise them accordingly.
