Uh, where do I find information on what's going on with D3 and battle net? I keep losing rift tokens due to server disconnections and this horrendous lag. I'm on FIOS so it's not my end. Everyone in my clan is experiencing it.

We don't have any knowledge of general connection issues with Diablo III or Battle.net at the moment.

If you get disconnected often, please try the troubleshooting steps on this article:
battle.net/support/article/611

If the issue persists, please create a tracer and a pathping just after a disconnection and paste the results on this thread. You have instructions here:

- Pathping: battle.net/support/article/718

The only "out of the ordinary" thing I see in your tracer is this:

It could indicate a packet loss, or it could be the node just blocking pings. Did you made the tracer while suffering latency?

Please, create another one and a pathping (again, while having high latency) so we can check if there's anything going on there. I would also recommend following the troubleshooting steps here if you haven't yet:

You tracer seems to indicate packet loss in some nodes:

5 * 43 ms 45 ms ae-1-60.edge4.Frankfurt1.Level3.net [4.69.154.8]
6 * 44 ms * ae-1-60.edge4.Frankfurt1.Level3.net [4.69.154.8]

The pathping doesn't even reach our servers. I would contact your internet provider and pass the tracer to them so they can make sure everything is fine with your connection.

Please, create a tracer and pathping while you're having that high latency, so we can take a look at them.
