Constantly getting disconnected. some said 5 times in an hour. How about 9 times in 15 minutes? I just started act 3 and it took me countless attempts in completing the first section that I've actually grown tired of it. I've checked my internet connection, it's working fine. I've checked my system settings, all ok. I've checked my hardware drivers and software updates. All up to date. I even checked that the latest updates to the game have been applied and they have. Who decided to design this game like this? I know its to prevent those who cheat and mods and other stuff but cant they enable other things to prevent this? It is so frustrating!! Also, nowhere on the packaging does it state that I must download nearly 8GB of data and that the program needs a permanent internet connection to allow game play as it checks connection (and wastes data) every second. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Is there perhaps as fix to this? I didn't bother to search the forums for an answer because I've already wasted too much time with disconnects, replaying the same stages and troubleshooting. To put it bluntly, Blizzard has made an awesome, brilliant game and because of people who cant play properly and have to cheat or perhaps it's because of other reasons, Blizzard has had to **** it up with authentication protocols and other securities. Please help me enjoy Blizzard's masterpiece work again!!! |

Hello Scream, You seem to have a lot of packet loss and/or latency all through your tracer and pathping, starting at your own computer: 0 Scream-PC [100.78.152.206] 1/ 100 = 1% | 1 --- 100/ 100 =100% 99/ 100 = 99% 10.17.10.139 0/ 100 = 0% | 1 32 ms 31 ms 31 ms 10.17.10.139 For reference, the latency on the first step of a pathping is usually 1ms. I would recommend making sure that your security software (antivirus, firewall etc) is not blocking your connection in any way. Check also if there's any update to the drivers/firmware of your network card. You can also contact your internet provider so they can check if everything is fine with your router and connection. ___________________________________________________________________ Got feedback about the support I'm providing? Hello ShadowDragon, Could you please paste here the results of a tracer and a pathping? It's important that you do them right after one of those disconnections, so if there's anything unusual on the connection it will show up. ___________________________________________________________________ Got feedback about the support I'm providing?
