| We are aware of the issues some players are experiencing when attempting to connect to or play various Blizzard titles. Our network technicians are working with Internet Service Providers to attempt to identify and isolate where the issues are occurring. Currently, it appears that a major network provider who provides backbone support for internet traffic is experiencing an outage in the US. This is resulting in high congestion over network traffic for North America and Europe. While not a Blizzard Service, we continue to monitor and assist where we can to ensure a smooth play experience. We will continue to provide any updates on this issue as they become available. | At this time, we've received word from the backbone network provider that they've resolved the issue. We've noticed some improvements from our end, and would like to ask players at this time to retry and let us know if you are still experiencing connection issues. Let us know how it goes! | ||
