| Hello, I pre ordered Diablo 3 ultimate evil edition for PS3. I put the code in my Sony account but then the website didn't load properly and my code says it's no longer good, but when I look in my account it shows like it worked properly. However I didn't receive the bonus in game items. I've searched and found workaround/fixes for the ps4 version but not ps3. I did convert saves from vanilla Diablo 3, but I started new characters so I could play as a Crusader. Not sure if this has anything to do with it. Can anyone help? | ||

| The previous restore license info that we posted was in regards to PS4. For PS3, you may want to try backing up the save file (via cloud save or USB) and then reinstalling the game as that might do the trick. Once the game has been reinstalled you would then re-import your save file through the game data utility on the PS3. If you do not see the Pauldrons, try creating a new character and then checking that character's inventory. For more information about exporting save files for PS3, please check here.
