| Hello, I opened a lvl 38 Greater Rift today on my Demon Hunter but instead of getting teleported in like it usually happens. my character remained in town. Even if I click on the GR portal I can't get in, the screen flashes but I'm still in town. I checked other instances in the game and they work perfectly fine. The game mode is bounties and exploration on private, so it can't possibly require another key from another player since I am playing solo. Before you suggest to clean my PC/game files and check my internet I have done those already and the problem is not at my end, the rest of the game works perfectly fine in the same session with the bugged GR; also, I did my last GR last night and it was fine back then. Please fix this, it's extremely frustrating to lose a GR like this and the chance to at least upgrade a gem. | ||
