| I have experienced approximately 17 disconnects on my otherwise stable ISP. I have called my ISP and ran extensive diagnostics on client and server side. My ISP can not discover any loss of data. This has caused me to lose a grand total of 10 G-Rifts @ 9 or higher. I am consistently losing connection. This is beyond frustrating and to be honest, the lack of customer service I am receiving is not up to reasonable industry standard. Duration of the "On-line" Component. This Game is playable 'on-line,' and must connect to the Internet through the Service, as provided by Blizzard, before it can be used. It is your entire responsibility to secure an Internet connection and all fees related thereto shall be at your own charge. You understand and agree that the Service is provided by Blizzard at its discretion and may be terminated or otherwise discontinued by Blizzard pursuant to the Terms of Use. I have done this and can provide data logs of my secure connection with no packet loss client side, my ISP and a packet was traced to Chicago with 100% success and then forwarded to Los Angeles which was dropped. (I assume these are your servers, based off of the investigation of my isp) Limited Warranty. Blizzard warrants that the media containing the Game shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of your purchase of the Game. In the event that the media containing the Game proves to be defective during that time period, Blizzard will at its option (a) correct any defect, I am expecting this to be addressed and corrected in a timely manner.
