| I just died on normal mode level 70 act 1 bounty runs with pretty damn good gear and the explanation of my death is unknown and blizzard won't even retrieve my character and i have video proof that it was a bug on their end. What they tell me? Tough luck basically, report the bug but you still lose your character. Lmao! Even though it was only 1.5 hours of game time on that character, the way i died is not justifiable so why am i penalized for blizzard's error? No i will not report the bug, cause the HC system is a joke. Paragon across the board is a joke. Keeping all your paragon when you die is a joke. Finding the "best items" in bounty runs is a joke. These players that defend HC rules are a joke and can't really play a HC type of game. Cause you start crying when it gets too HC for you and you want everything to be cake. | ||

| Speedy, you are correct in that Customer Support will not offer to restore Hardcore characters. With that said, I’ll be locking thread up. As ever, if you do come across any possible bugs we do ask that you report those in the appropriate forums. | ||
