| I have an HD 4000 Intel. After downloading the game onto this new laptop, upon launch the screen went gray. I had the Diablo cursor, along with the sounds, and when I clicked around I could hear that I was operating something in login screen, but I had no visuals. Afterwards, I updated all of my software, only to find that I still have the same problem- of a gray screen. How can I fix immediately? It's already taken three hours to get to this stage. | ||
