- These charts are an archive of the most popular armor and weapons used by Wizards in Diablo III, during patch 1.0.7. They list the equipment worn by the level 60 Wizards who were actively playing in patch 1.0.7. For each weapon or armor slot, there are charts of three groups of Wizards:
- Softcore Wizards who are at Paragon Level 0-49
- Softcore Wizards who are at Paragon Level 50-100
- Hardcore Wizards of any Paragon Level
- Within each chart, the most used Legendary and Set items are listed in order of popularity. The Rare items percentages for the slot are at the bottom of the list, divided into Dropped Rare and Crafted Rare groups.

- These charts show the most popular Wizard armor, for each armor slot on level 60 Wizards in Diablo III. They include the best Set Wizard armor pieces, and the slots where top Legendary and Rare armor items are normally used. The best in slot Wizard armor is listed by popularity.
- Wizards use their set armor the least of any of the classes; with the lackluster set bonuses, few of the top Wizards use more than two pieces of the Tal Rasha's Sacrifice set. The top Wizards instead fill up their armor slots with popular Legendary armor that is also worn by other classes, along with crafted Rares. Many Wizards also use 2 pieces of the Witch Doctor Zunimassa's Whispers armor set, for the stats and the set bonus.
