| I recently found a authenticator I bought in 2011 from blizzcon. The item is the Diablo III special edition authenticator made by vasco. I tried to attach said item to my account and received an error telling me that the serial ID was invalid. I am unsure as to how to fix this, should I be contacting blizz as I am here or vasco? Any helpful information will be greatly welcomed. 13 | ||

| Dreizehn, Per the details of a support ticket you had back in January 2013, the authenticator was disabled and the Billing Rep was unable to re-enable it when they tried. They sent you a free replacement which you attached to the account a week later.
