| Hello Dear Gamer friends... Im writing this for a mate actually.. his having some weird problem, they Euro's button on the Auction house aint showing... We tried a few things so far to "force" update the account.. 1. Resetting PW. 2. Removing and attaching Authenticator. 3. Looked over all his details, with credit card "Allowing Ingame purchase etc. 4. All his option in game and on the net, equal to mine(Mine Works) Can anyone help out? Thanks. | ||

| Raphaél, It's most likely due to their account having been setup with Parental Controls. We recently reset every account with Parental Controls to have the option to enable in-game purchasing of items to be disabled. They'll need to have whoever manages Parental Controls on their account go in and change the option again. | Raphaél, That can also be controlled under Parental Controls.
