| Hello, i havent been playing D3 lately so when i saw the changes with the expansion i decided to give it a go. After playing 1.5 (or so) everytime my pc screen turns black i hear some sounds and then poof the pc freezes. After restarting it witht he button i get a message of Bluescreen. I Checked the Beta forums and i saw some people speaking about that problem wich is prolly related to the graphic card. My graphic card is updated and i have no other issue besides that. To be honest it scares me a lot when it happens so could you patch fix it or should there be any other solution? I am usidng an Radeon HD 6850 Sapphire if tha tinformation helps. | ||

This is ridiculous. no answer from Blizzard. It is this kind of callous behavior that makes my blood boil. I can't even play my games any more because I get a BSOD every time I play now. If we all demand our money back, maybe they sit up and listen. maybe . . This thread is one year old, Azor. Most likely your issue is not related to the issue the players on this thread were suffering back in the time. As for "no response", please keep in mind that the forum was conceived as a way for players to interact and help each other. While we try to help as much as we can, it's not always possible to answer each and every thread. If a player has an urgent issue, the Customer Support team will be always there to help via ticket, live chat or callback. If you are having blue screens, please check this article and follow the troubleshooting step by step (don't forget the advanced steps): battle.net/support/article/6300064 If the issue persists, please open a new thread (just so it's easier to give you support, since this thread is so old), state what troubleshooting steps you tried and include a DxDiag file so we can take a look: battle.net/support/article/200581 Please use the Code Blocks function when including the contents of the file: - Press the button pre on top of the space where you normally write your message. - Paste the content of your file between the square brackets ][ Example: [ code]<Contents of the file>[/code ] ___________________________________________________________________ Got feedback about the support I'm providing?
