| Elezen, There's always better hardware than what you have but honestly, what you have should be more than fine for playing Diablo III. I'd suggest a couple of things I'm not sure have been mentioned yet. First, update your Windows 7 to Service Pack 1. If you haven't been doing Windows Update regularly, be sure to get all of the recommended updates it finds for you as well. Secondly, in the game, try turning off the display of damage numbers, both regular and crits for now. Lastly, if you have any overlay apps running in conjunction with the game, disable or uninstall them. One in particular, Asus' Gamer OSD can cause performance issues sometimes, but I've heard of others as well. You might also want to try booting up in selective startup mode one time and run the game to see if a difference is noted. If it's better, it would mean there was an app that was auto-starting that was causing a problem. Your current beta release Nvidia video drivers have been superseded by a WHQL version too. http://www.nvidia.com/object/win8-win7-winvista-64bit-327.23-whql-driver.html If all or none of this helps, could you post your D3Prefs.txt file? _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday, 12 pm - 8 pm Pacific Time Please provide feedback! - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||
