I purchased the game on the 30th of August and as of right now I cannot trade items ingame or drop items, I cannot access the action house, I cannot post on the forum with my D3 battle.net id. I submitted a ticket and spoke with a rep online that tried refreshing my account. I also tried reseting my password several times. Neither worked. So I called back and Somone else tried to look into it and said that it would be looked into to but that they were not able to fix it right away. Are other people running into this issue?

I've looked into the issue you're facing and unfortunately, I can't do anything to resolve it for you in here. Your account info has been passed up along with a few others in the same situation to have their accounts fixed by the database admins. As to when they'll be able to repair them, I don't really know, but it shouldn't be long.

They just notified me that all of the reported accounts with this issue had been addressed. If you haven't yet tried, check your accounts again please.
