| Hi all, After experimenting abit with the new Clans and Community features i have concerns that i wish to share with you. So the first annoying thing is that i have clanmembers removing me from their friendslist, simply because when you remove someone that share a clan with you, that player will no longer be listed as your friend, but as clanmember instead under "Clan" in your friendslist. However, when removed, you will not see them in StarCraft, HearthStone, WoW etc, so this feature is actually hopeless and should list clanmembers under "Clan" regardless if the player is already in your friendslist. Bug? Alot of players has requested to join my clan by mistake and it seems to easy to request to join a clan right now, its weird that i should be spammed with requests, its like when bots register on your forums. This needs a looking into please. When promoting a Officer, the text says "Promote to Clanmember" and not Officer, this is very misleading and a typo if anything. After promoted to Officer, it will say, "Demote to clanmember" and "promote to clanmember" so there is something that overwrites where it should have said "Officer". Bug? Suggestions There should be a way where clanleader can filter out what should be displayed in the newsfeed, i want to globally remove the items and achievements feeds from my page, but im limited to individual settings rather than global settings which this certainly should allow for. The Roster should be listing all admin/officers first and not automatically sort by name. Also, Clanleader should have his own color in the Roster, same with Officer and Clanmember. I like that Offline players are listed at the bottom, but Admin/Officer should be listed first regardless of being online/offline. There should be a Personal Message system, so that you can send private messages to players outside/inside your friendslist, this would make recruitment for clans alot easier. Clans should also have a sort of rating based on activity so that new players can see how active the clans members are. This would help them find a clan that lives up the activity the would expect and eliminate clans that are inactive. Maybe it should show when a clanmember last logged in and how many hours pr month each player has played? Clans should also offer some kind of benefits, like free trading all kinds of items and shared clanbank/stash, best way i can think of, is that players who find an item, can send it to clan shared stash within say 1 hour upon finding it, once sent to stash, item is up for grabs by any member belonging to the clan, this will prevent players from botting items for real money, since it can be taken by anyone in the clan when sent to stash. Anyways, an idea to consider. Clans should be able to link to their website and place in a logo, it would be much appreciated to add ways of promoting your clan on your clanpage. Also, i think that the clanpage should be the first thing you see upon logging in to the game IF you are in a clan, if not, then there should be a feature that gives a prompt if there is anything new inside the clan, like a new message of the day or a new news item, or if someone for demoted/promoted within the group. - This is just a shortlist of the few things i found so far, and i really hope a blue can let me know this got read and maybe say what Blizzard think of the things i listed up. If you like/dislike certain things about this feature, then we would appreciate if you would write a few short sentences about it. We are also interested in hearing your thoughts about the kind of improvements you would like to see done to Clans and Communities :-) | ||
