| Hotaru251, There's nothing wrong with "installing" the game that way. There are no reg entries you have to set up either. What media type did you use to move the game folder? Are you sure you got all of it? How large is the Diablo III folder on your PC now? Did you try starting the game using the Run as an Administrator option in Windows? Make sure there aren't multiple copies of Agent.exe running too. You can use the Task Manager for that to see what processes are running. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday, 12 pm - 8 pm Pacific Time Please provide feedback! - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| Hotaru251, Can you post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday, 12 pm - 8 pm Pacific Time Please provide feedback! - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| Hotaru251, Your hardware is actually below the minimum requirements for Diablo III. The video card is listed as "Unsupported - Poor Performance" with this notice: "These cards are below system requirements but Diablo III will usually be able to start with one of these cards installed. However, performance levels are unlikely to be acceptable." The minimum required Intel cpu for the game is their Pentium® D 2.8 GHz. You can see a performance benchmark here: http://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=Intel+Pentium+D+2.80GHz Your Celeron is rated even lower than that. http://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=Intel+Celeron+D+3.20GHz My guess is you may have modified the D3Prefs.txt file originally to get it to run though even then I can't imagine it running anywhere near decently. Check to see what the Hardware Class is set to in your My Documents\Diablo III\D3Prefs.txt file. It would have to be set to 1 to have any chance of working. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday, 12 pm - 8 pm Pacific Time Please provide feedback! - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| Hotaru251, and i cant find that specified file/folder to check prefs That's likely due to it not having been created yet by the game as you haven't been able to get the game to run. How did you originally install the game? _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday, 12 pm - 8 pm Pacific Time Please provide feedback! - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| Hotaru251, It won't show up there unless you run the installer. Just copying over the game folder won't do any of that. I don't really know what to tell you here. You can try copying it again in case you didn't get it all the first time or you can try a regular on-line installation, but if your bandwidth prevents that, you'll need to figure out another option. I'm still of the opinion that even if you get it running, performance will be very poor. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday, 12 pm - 8 pm Pacific Time Please provide feedback! - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||
