| Lazyvic, You can find the information we need in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. Could you also post your D3Prefs.txt file? It's located in the My Documents\Diablo III folder. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday, 12 pm - 8 pm Pacific Time Please provide feedback! - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| Lazyvic, We'll still need the dxdiag info to get a complete and accurate view, but from what you listed, your gpu (video card) is a major bottleneck to performance. It's integrated so you may have an option available to upgrade to a discrete add-in card. Here's a site showing how your video compares performance-wise to today's modern higher powered cards. http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu.php?gpu=Radeon+HD+4200 _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday, 12 pm - 8 pm Pacific Time Please provide feedback! - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| Lazyvic, Please post all of your dxdiag info. You cut it off too soon. And what happened to the "AMD Athlon II X4 640" you said you had? _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday, 12 pm - 8 pm Pacific Time Please provide feedback! - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| Lazyvic, Ok, so you had a couple of things wrong from what you first posted. Instead of a Radeon HD 4200 series, you have an ATI Radeon 3000 Graphics which is even slower than the Radeon HD 4200 I linked you about earlier. http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu.php?gpu=Radeon+3000 Your cpu is a little lower than what you though it had but it's at least above the min required, but it's not going to give great performance either I'm afraid. Your video drivers, while not the latest, aren't too old and are probably what you'll need to continue using unless you can find newer ones on HP's Support site. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday, 12 pm - 8 pm Pacific Time Please provide feedback! - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||
