| Not sure where to post this issue but one of my Real ID friend always appears offline. I can see when he logs off because the "Offline for ## minutes" will update but I never see him log on and he doesn't display as online when he is on. Any ideas on how to fix this issue? | ||

| cakewalk, It's possible he's logging into either the World of Warcraft PTR or the Hearthstone Beta if he has it. As those games are currently running in a different environment (PTR), you won't see friends when their logged in there, but his status could still be getting updated as far as how long he's been offline. That's just an educated guess though.
