Error 42003 is my cause of post. anyone who don't know what that error does, allow me to clarify. that error basically lockdown your ingame account based on suspicious activity suspected, and forum wise if you get a snowball's chance of entering, you'll need to constantly reset your password to enter your account just to get back on your posting or anything else.

several months ago, i addressed this issue in tech support. there was 2 forumers that were kind enough to reply to my dilemma, one suggested resetting password, getting an authenticator and another suggested all those including submitting a ticket that include your authentic government issued ID card (either scanned or take a photo).

i was skeptical about sending my ID card, as you can clearly see i felt like someone was pulling my leg when they suggested that. it would be like entrusting personal details to be posted up. but then i realised that recently when i discovered that she wasn't kidding, because i came across the exact instructions to do so.

now i've submitted my ticket along with a photo of ID card addressing my issue to unlock my account both ingame and forum. i got a rather prompt reply from GM Mengorleylis. but still it was not resolved, and he wrote this.

- The name on the ID did not match the name on the account.
- The ID used was not an acceptable type of ID (Must be Government issued, Drvier's License, or Passport).
- The ID was unreadable.
- The ID was missing or not all in the picture provided.
- The ID did not match the Region on the account.
- The ID is EXPIRED.
- The ID could not be verified as Authentic.

Please address the issues listed above and resend your submission, making sure all information and documentation is included. Please note that we are unable to accept partial submissions; all required documentation must be submitted in a single fax, email, or mailing.

whereby no way i have submitted anything that is false or wrong according to this, when i initially submitted the ticket this was all that was instructed to do :

*To verify that you are the account owner, please enter your secret question answer or attach a picture of your government-issued identification to your ticket. School ID will not be accepted. Without a secret question answer or ID, Blizzard Customer Support will not be able to address your issue.*

why are they being so resilient about unlocking my account? i gave them what was instructed, and in returned, surfaced more issues. anyone knows what to make of this? how to resolve what GM requested? because even with my authentic ID attached, and my reason of submission of ticket clearly explained, and what GM asked of from replying seems to not struck me as a problem seeing that i submitted everything right except documentation-wise which was nowhere stated that was needed.

they still seem to disregard of what i sent, was either not true and even requested extension of documentations which i have no idea what to make of. please help! thank you D:

You'll need to take this up with the Billing Department as you've been doing as it's not a Technical Support issue that can be addressed here in a public forum. From what I can tell though, the name on the ID you submitted does not match that of the name on the Battle.net account.

Via the Support Ticketing system. Reopen the existing one or create a new one. If they sent you an email, you can reply to it as well.
