| So, I experience heavy lag issues throughout the day. At a point it got so bad I had to disconnect, and upon reconnecting I found... One level 9 character, which might have been something from a couple of years ago? Please, please tell me I lost everything just before the expansion. | ||

| Shwank, You have a level 9 character on the US server but your regular characters are in the EU. On the main login screen, before logging in, select Options > Account > and then check the region selected under Server Region Selection.
