| Hi, First of all I am not 100% sure if this is the right forum to post it because its kinda story but well sorry if its the wrong place. Well lets start from the start. Back when Diablo 3 was released I purchased the game from battle.net and after playing it for a reasonable amount of time (1 playthrough on normal and some different characters) my laptop was getting worse and I wasnt really able to play the game anymore. Now that I have a new laptop I wanted to pick up the game again but I noticed that I just had starter edition instead of the full game. So I went digging a bit and found an e-mail confirming my purchase order (without a game-key because it was purchased on battle.net and so instantly added to my account) and I found the payment in my banktransfers. So I was a little bit confused. After that I noticed an e-mail from where I changed my e-mail address to the one I am currently using exactly 1 day before the purchase. So I thought maybe that old e-mail address is still in use, but after trying for a decent amount of time I couldnt acces that in anyway. So now I am completely lost and no idea what to do. I hope someone has an answer to this because I really dont feel like purchasing the game again (obviously). Cheers | ||

| Enchanic , I'm not seeing any record of a retail version of Diablo III ever being on this Battle.net account you're posting from nor any orders for the game. | RaindropHaze, I'm only seeing a Diablo III Starter Edition that was added to the account two days ago. There's no record of the account ever having had the full retail version of the game at all before. Perhaps you added it to a different Battle.net account in the past? If you have the game key you used, I'd suggest contacting our Billing Agents and providing it to them so they can see what account it's on and verify it belongs to you. | sooboy, The Battle.net account you're posting from doesn't have a copy of Diablo III registered to it so it can't do a digital download. Perhaps when you first bought it, you registered it to a different Battle.net account? If you still have the authentication key, you can contact our Billing agents and provide it to them so they can look up the account it's attached to. They can then determine if that account is yours or not and provide you with the name if needed. | Xerces, The Battle.net account you're posting from only has a Diablo III Starter Edition, created today. The account was created fairly recently, less than 3 months ago so it can't be the original account you're referring to. I found your other Battle.net account with Diablo III on it. Unfortunately, it's still in a restricted state which is going to require submitting a support ticket to see if can be reopened for use. While I can't provide you with the account name here in a public forum, I can tell you it's a Hotmail account starting with the short version of your first name. If that's not enough to jog your memory, you can ask the support representative in your ticket or web chat to help locate it based on your BattleTag. You used the same for this account as you did for the original which is how I located it. This support article will lead you through the process of submitting a ticket, requesting a call back, or entering into a live web chat session.
