| So as i told you in my other thread , someone hacked my account and used bot , and i got my account back but without the real action house and i can not sell any old item that i owned "b4 the rollback" now i have a few question please i need answers really fast . Thank you . 1- i did not used the bot why are my old items banned from being sold in the ah . 2- can i use another web site for the money ? because i did not do anything wrong and you've banned me from the real action house . and i think that's a big problem since the ah will go in 1 month . and i need to buy gold before it is closed but i can't because you did not understand that's not me who hacked "used bot" , and before that "The Rollback" my items ware all with my own hard work and time , please i need a blue post .. I realise that you feel we're punishing you, but what we're actually doing is trying to protect the economy from potentially unsafe accounts. Now, if this is the first time you have been compromised and used the Rollback feature, then you will need to add an Authenticator to the account before you can use the Real Money Auction House again. As we cannot risk other players being exposed to a heavily exploitable safety net, if it's the second time you have used the service then unfortunately that account will no longer be eligible to use the Real Money Auction House and this is not something we can rescind. __________________________________ Please click here to give me your feedback!
