| Ive only just started playing and played last night. I logged in tonight and my hero is gone. I only had one and its asking me to start again??? please can you help, or does this relate to the authenticating server problem? | ||

| JAZOOLE, Your hero is actually on the Americas server, not in the EU. On the main login screen, before logging in, select Options > Account > and then check the region selected under Server Region Selection. | JAZOOLE, You can play in any region by selecting it as I described earlier, but you'll be using characters you make on that region only. They can't be moved, so essentially, yes, you'd be starting fresh if you played on the EU region.
