Been having very high lag (reporting as over 1000 often in-game and seems even higher at times) for the last few days. Makes the game unplayable when it takes seconds of inaction when in a battle.

I've already tried flushing DNS and deleting the Blizzard Entertainment folder at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ - not sure what else to try. Tried searching these forums and Google already but couldn't find anything that worked. Please can someone help or tell me if there's some diagnostics I can run.

Everything else seems to be running fine online.

You have a point OnMission (although actually it's only a very small minority that are being affected). There's no real need to contact us about the connection issues as we have entire teams both here and in the US watching the population graphs for all games and servers very carefully. They usually know that there's a problem before you guys do and that's when they step in and start trawling through all of the data to find possible patterns and causes.

In the meantime, we will continue to update those still affected via this forum sticky.
