| I've had a look and tried a few 'fixes' but nothing seems to work. I haven't been able to play the game at all since I got Windows 8, but I don't get an error code, just 'unexpected error'. New machine, no old content from any updates or anything. I get the error when going into the actual game, which I haven't seen anyone else report. I can get to my characters fine, but when i press 'resume game', the loading bar gets to halfway and then the game closes. I was wondering if anyone knew anything that might fix this, since I've seen a few people start to report Diablo III working in Windows 8. | ||

| Hozzer , Can you post your D3Debug.txt file right after you get the error again? It's located in the main Diablo III game folder. Edit out your account name first though.
