| So i log into diablo III (first mistake) and i want to check the new gold prices since they upped it to 50m and it says "ur account has been banned from the real money auction house please contact customer support if u believe this was done in error... I hardly play diablo III anymore ? If i had done something to be banned i would have know it. Now i can be worried i m hacked or there is something wrong with my visa. Thanks alot blizzard for making me worry now. Only thing i did recently that i can think of might be a reason is that i removed my authenticator from my phone and added it to my new phone. If removing an authenticotor and adding it again is the reason i got banned from the real money auction house i m gonne be very upset :). I want an explanation why they ban poor old me while i didnt do anything. I m looking forward to the 45 minute phone call. | ||

| Azzurri, It appears your account had been under a requirement for an authenticator to access the RMAH. As soon as you removed it, it violated that requirement. Putting it back on yourself does not update the account, for that, you'll need to contact a Billing representative.
