| Ever since the last patch update I have not been able to play for more than 5 minutes before the screen goes black and a buzzing sound emits from my speakers. The only way to fix this is with a hard re-boot. I have already downloaded the latest drivers. No, I am not willing to uninstall the drivers and video card in order to fix this, especially when it worked perfectly fine up until the latest update. I have read a few other posts about this issue, so I am not alone, however, there doesn't seem to be any actual support in answering this issue. | ||

| lordsaren101, Can you post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. Could you also post your D3Prefs.txt file? | lordsaren101 , Nothing looks out of place to me really other than the sound drivers being a little old.
