So within the last month my D3 account has been hacked and all my 60s and stuff have been deleted. I have an authenticator on my account, which is really weird. So just to let you guys know it's probably a good idea to change your passwords and such.

I haven't a clue as to whether I'll get my account back but I just thought I'd let you know. Yeah, I submitted a ticket but I've had two real life friends who've had their accounts hacked and Blizzard told them that sorry we can't do anything for you.

Hi Rimrot, Omrakos let me know that he's responding to you in your alternate thread, over in technical support. We're happy to say that we can see the characters there on the account just fine. I've also looked at the recent history of the account and there does not appear to have been any change in the access pattern - so as far as I can tell, no compromise occurred.

Characters that live in one region will not be present or visible to alternate regions. To make sure you are logging into the correct region of choice, you can go through your Global play settings in the account options to change the current region you are accessing. You will have to log out and relog for the change to take affect.
