| Anyone else order, pay for, and not get your authenticators? When they first came out, me and my gf decided to each get one for our D3 accounts because our roomate at the time was hacked and his account stripped. I logged onto battlenet, ordered 2, payed the 12 or so bucks and waited. After the few weeks had passed with nothing in the mail, I called Bliz. They confirmed they had mailed them to the correct address, yet I never got them. They were so nice as to resend them free of charge....here it is a year later, and I still have no authenticators? This happen with anyone else? I decided not to call again...I have the text message authenticator, and I suppose that was enough to have kept our accounts safe over the past year...would be nice to get what I payed for though. 12 bucks is no big deal, I spend that on 2 yager bombs at the bar....Just curious if maybe this happened to a lot of people, or if I am as unlucky out of the game as I am at getting good drops ingame. 5 Million spirit stones and frost gloves and counting. :) | ||

| Hi Gozen, although we sometimes do receive reports that the authenticators are not received, generally speaking this is not a commonly reporting thing. I would encourage you to reach out to us again through the support portal, letting us know once more. Please be sure to update the posted ticket with your most recent shipping information so we can reference that - you might also want to consider using an alternate, nearby address to see if that fares better.
