| I just logged into my account on Diable III after about a year and while I played I only had a level 21 Barbarian. I just re logged today and found a level 60 monk named "asd" with no armor what so ever. How did this happen? | ||

| Hi Systerbis, please create the ticket through our support portal, which is found here - as of this moment, it's looking like the general turnaround time for compromise reports is about 5 hrs. As Kaniran has stated, definitely make sure you have scanned your computer and please also look into the authenticator and SMS Protect for your account. Additionally, here's our support article regarding account security that I recommend you review when you get a chance. | Good to know the authenticator is back on! A few words about the compromise restoration: A rollback can only be offered if the issue was reported generally around the time of the compromise. If too much time has passed since when the account was originally broken into, we may be unable to offer one. If we are able to offer the rollback, that will be noted and sent out to you in the ticket's response. There are stipulations to rollbacks, and we would not perform one unless you were okay with it.
