| I am having trouble viewing cinematics. I have beat the game on normal and am now doing it on the harder difficulty... But the cinematics don't appear, and what's worse, is that the cinematics won't show up on my "Cinematics" tabs. I have tried all the fixes, including changing the D3pref text and re-installing. I can't find out why I am still having this problem. BUT... My original post for this problem got erased Did I break a ToS? Is this the wrong forums for getting support for my "tech" problem? After a while after posting it, without answers, I tried to do a Live Chat with a GM... I waited 8 hours and went to bed, but I made sure the ticket was still open. So I check it again today and the ticket is gone. No replies, just gone. Am I seriously doing something wrong? I would like to be notified of the problem, so I can STOP DOING IT, but I also would like help fixing my cinematics. Edit: I have also tried re-playing the game on normal, so that they might unlock, but they still don't. And I DO have the achievements for beating the boss of each chapter. | ||

| Taedran, Could you please post your D3Prefs.txt file? It's located in the My Documents\Diablo III folder. Or you can probably just make the following edits to the file to unlock the cinematics for all difficulty levels if you like.
