| I submitted a ticket concerning the short notice change to the value of gold. I know it is not a lot of money but I feel that you should get more notice. For something like this maybe a week? What has me a little upset is they just deleted the ticket with no explaination. Within a couple of weeks it will be 25 cents for 50 million an 80% devaluation of my purchase. I know they can change the game whenever (it's in the agreement) but when it comes to money sufficient notice should be provided. This company has our email address so why don't we send an alert hey next week we a making a significant change to the game. Here is something else if the alert was in the launch interface for the game I did not see it because I was already logged into D3. Blizzard need its customers and this is not a good way to keep them. Even if you were not going to respond in my favor I am still owed a response to my ticket. Below is my forum post on page 17 of Upcoming Hotfix Gold Stack ... I bought a billion today. I did not think that viewing all Blue posts was required each time you played the game. I want a refund. | Hi Red, I do see that there was a webchat in queue however we were unable to respond to it as it shows as abandoned from the user's side. This can happen sometimes if there was an error with the connection while you waited for a response. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and will speak to the issue here. As has been stated in the thread already, changes that are made in the game are not sufficient grounds for us to issue a refund for purchases made through the AH. We try to do our best to be as transparent as possible, as such this is addressed on our Auction House restrictions support article. "Blizzard won't provide refunds or making other accommodations if a purchased item is later altered in a patch." I can appreciate the sentiment of wanting as much of a heads' up notice as possible, and we do our best to provide such information about changes to the game as soon as we can. If you do have other Customer Service questions or concerns, you are welcome to submit them to us through the support portal. Thank you for your understanding. | ||
