| I click on diablo to play it and it say "diablo is already running". Ive opened task manager and its not running. Ive shut down my computer multiple times, ive restarted multiple times and it still says, "diablo is already running." I can do nothing cant even play with options nothing please help! | ||

| Hi Sheepdog, let's have you first go through the Agent troubleshooting steps. Please respond here in the thread if that doesn't help out. Thank you! Edit: Please make sure that in the task manager it shows that no Blizzard applications are running - you may want to restart the computer again to be sure. | ||

| Okay, so you've power-cycled the computer, and have tried the Agent troubleshooting steps, and even though DIII is not showing in the task manager you still get the message when you try to run the game. Let's have you Flush the DNS and then go into your Diablo folder, locate the launcher, right-click that and run as administrator. Please let me know how that goes. | ||
