| The last I played was about 3 months ago. I got a message my account was banned a few days ago. I went through the restoration procedure. When I last played I had a level 40 something monk as my highest. He is now level 60 (+99). Is there any way to restore him to his prior level 40 something level? I couldn't care less about the items. But I do not want to play as a botted character. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. | ||

| Hi Lunakrypt, We're unable to guarantee rollbacks in the case of a reported compromise, and will generally send out an introduction to the process when we restore access. In looking over your account activity, it does not immediately appear that we would be able to successfully offer a rollback which would put reset the account to how it was prior to the compromise. Typically, we'll need the report within a month of the event to have the best shot of offering a proper rollback. All the same, you are welcome to respond back to your last ticket from us if you wish us to proceed and we'll be happy to see what we can do.
